Fee = 800 (NO VAT)

Inspect and advertise the property for letting

Arrange gas inspection

Arrange electrical inspection

Draw up contracts and advise utility companies

Draw up inventory

Property inspections

Deal with work required at the property and arrange repairs

Issue official notices when required

Check out leaving tenant and inspect property

Keep deposit in tenancy deposit scheme

" Please note that we do not collect rent but arrange for monthly rent payments to be made directly into the landlord's nominated account from the tenant.

Fee = one month's rent per annum (NO VAT) (we take the first month's rent as our fee)

Reference and contract fees for managed properties. As of the 1st June 2019 we can no longer charge the tenant(s) for reference, credit checks and contracts therefore, unfortunately, this cost of 200 (or 250 for two tenants) now has to be borne by the landlord.

* We will invoice you every 12 months to continue to receive the managed service.

Energy Performance Certificates: All rental properties are required by law to have an EPC before it can be let. If you do not have an EPC we can arrange one at a cost of 90 (No VAT)

Notice of the right to cancel

Where this contract is signed by a consumer client within the home or within their place of work the client has a right to cancel the contract. Cancellation will be accepted if it is sent or delivered, in writing to us within 14 days of the date of this contract.
